At Sankofa Edition™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your return quickly.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
